North Carolina Vacation Destinations

• Atlantic Beach - One of the five communities located on Bogue Banks, a 21-mile barrier island on the Crystal Coast of North Carolina. The island runs east to west, with the beaches facing due south.
  
  
• Hatteras Island - A barrier island located off the North Carolina coast, it is part of the Outer Banks and includes the towns of Rodanthe, Waves, Salvo, Avon, Buxton, Frisco, and Hatteras.
  
  
• Holden Beach - A seaside town in Brunswick County to the northeast of Ocean Isle Beach, with access to the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway.
  
  
• Ocean Isle - A small seaside town located in Brunswick County between Holden Beach and Sunset Beach, with access to the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway.
  
  
• Outer Banks - A 200-mile long string of narrow barrier islands off the coast of North Carolina, beginning in the southeastern corner of Virginia Beach extending south to Ocracoke Island.
